A short email with three answers in it, forwarded to whoever is running the day, resolves the argument before it happens.
Hold the second layout ready
The part people miss is the seating. An indoor room is a different shape, so the plan you spent a fortnight on may not fit.
Draw the wet layout once, when you are calm, and keep it. Redrawing tables on the morning, while somebody asks where the flowers go, is an experience worth avoiding.
