Is it really free?
Yes. During our introductory period, listing on We Do and receiving leads is completely free (£0). If that ever changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and ask you to accept the new terms first, never a surprise charge.
How do leads work?
Couples come to you, they tell us what they need and choose the suppliers they'd like to hear from. You'll see enough about each lead (the type or faith of the wedding, area, date, guest range and budget band) to decide, then accept the ones you want to respond to. Every enquiry is couple-initiated; nothing is scraped or cold.
Do you take commission on my bookings?
No. You keep 100% of any booking value, We Do is an introducer, not an agency. We never take a cut of the work you win.
What is the We Do Verified badge?
It's a mark we grant after a basic onboarding check, so couples can see you've been reviewed. It reflects that check only, it isn't an endorsement or a guarantee of your services, and we can grant or remove it at our discretion.
How do I get listed?
We're onboarding founding vendors now. Join the
founding-vendor list and we'll invite you to set up your profile, business details, the services and faiths you cater for, your areas and your photos. We approve every profile by hand before it goes live.
When will you start charging, and how?
Only after the introductory period, and only with notice. When paid plans begin, it'll be a simple pay-per-lead fee (charged only when you accept a lead) or an optional monthly Pro plan, always clearly priced in your portal, and never applied without your acceptance. Full detail is in the
Vendor Terms.
How do you handle couples' data, including faith?
A couple's wedding faith or type is sensitive (special-category) data. We only share it with your explicit consent from the couple, and you must use it only to respond to their enquiry. See our
Privacy Policy for the full picture.
