We Do Founding Couples Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the We Do Founding Couples Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Promoter

The Giveaway is operated by We Do (“We Do”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. The Giveaway

To celebrate the launch of We Do, we’re giving 100 couples free access to We Do Plus as part of our first group of Founding Couples.

Each selected couple will receive access to We Do Plus without paying the usual £29 fee, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Who Can Enter

The Giveaway is open to:

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Employees or anyone directly involved in operating We Do or this Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

4. How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, you must complete all of the following before the closing time:

Your Instagram and/or TikTok account must allow us to reasonably verify that the entry requirements have been completed.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded.

5. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway closes at:

11:59pm (UK time) on Sunday 20 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

6. Selecting the Founding Couples

Following the closing date, 100 eligible entrants will be selected at random from all valid entries.

Each selected entrant will receive one Founding Couple membership. Where both members of a couple enter separately and are selected, this will not result in the same couple receiving duplicate We Do Plus memberships.

We reserve the right to verify that selected entrants have completed all entry requirements before confirming their Founding Couple status.

7. Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted by direct message from the official @saidwedo Instagram or TikTok account by:

Tuesday 22 September 2026.

Selected entrants will have 48 hours from the time the message is sent to respond and follow the instructions provided to claim their We Do Plus access.

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, or if we are unable to verify an entrant’s eligibility, we reserve the right to select another eligible entrant at random.

We will never ask you to make a payment or provide payment/card details in order to claim this Giveaway.

Please be aware of impersonation or scam accounts. We will only contact selected entrants through our official @saidwedo account.

8. What Founding Couples Receive

Each of the 100 selected Founding Couples will receive We Do Plus free of charge, currently valued at £29.

We Do Plus currently includes additional wedding-planning features such as:

Features may be updated, improved, replaced or removed as We Do develops.

9. What We Mean by “Free Forever”

For the purposes of this Giveaway, “free forever”, “for life” and similar wording mean that the selected Founding Couple will not be charged the standard subscription or access fee for We Do Plus for as long as the applicable We Do Plus service continues to be offered by We Do and their eligible account remains active and in good standing.

This does not mean that We Do guarantees that the platform, We Do Plus, or any individual feature will operate indefinitely.

Founding Couple access does not have a cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold or transferred to another person or account.

10. Changes to We Do Plus

We Do is an evolving platform and its functionality may change over time.

We may add, modify, replace or discontinue individual features as the platform develops. Founding Couple status does not guarantee permanent access to any particular individual feature.

However, selected Founding Couples will not be charged the standard access fee for the We Do Plus tier covered by this Giveaway while that tier continues to be offered and their eligibility continues.

11. Creating a We Do Account

Selected entrants may be required to create a We Do account and provide the information reasonably necessary for us to activate their Founding Couple access.

Use of the We Do platform will also be subject to our general platform Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

We will use personal information provided in connection with the Giveaway for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting selected entrants and providing Founding Couple access.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications from We Do.

Any personal information we process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Instagram and TikTok

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram and TikTok are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway.

14. Fair Participation

We reserve the right to disqualify an entry where we reasonably believe that:

Our decisions regarding eligibility will be reasonable and made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

15. Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary to change, suspend or cancel the Giveaway, we may do so where reasonably necessary.

We will endeavour to communicate any material changes clearly through our official channels.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
